Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP)

The Local Control and Accountability Plan or LCAP is a critical part of California's new Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF).  It is a three-year, district-level plan or a one year charter school plan that is updated annually.  The RSA plan describes the school's key goals for students as well as the specific actions (with expenditures) the school will take to achieve the goals and means (metrics) used to measure progress. EC Section 52060(d)

Stakeholders are encouraged to provide feedback during the 2019-20 LCAP development cycle.  Input may be provided at monthly Governing Board meetings, community meetings, or individually via email admin@rsarts.org.
