You are invited to celebrate the Moon Festival with us on Friday, September 29th. The Moon Festival (also known as Mid-autumn Festival, in Chinese” 中秋节” Zhōngqiū Jié) is the second most important festival in the Chinese calendar. It’s also an important holiday observed by Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, and Cambodia. It’s a time of thanksgiving, when people get together to celebrate the end of the summer harvest season, an occasion for outdoor reunions among friends and relatives to eat mooncakes and observe the full moon, a symbol of harmony and unity.
