WELCOME
Welcome to after school drama club, open to all ages! I’m so excited to bring drama club back after having to take a year off, and I have some really fun learning activities planned for us. I can’t wait to get started!
COMMUNICATION:
While there are several ways to get in touch with my preferred and most dependable method is via REMIND. I require all participants to sign up on remind! There is a remind code set up. If your child resides in more than one household throughout the year or another parent guardian will be responsible for picking up your child throughout the year, please have them sign up on remind also!
To sign up from your phone, please text the code for the class your child will be participating in to 81010 or go to www.remind.com and enter class code. It’s as simple as that!

Once you sign up on remind, please send me a message through remind with your child's name, grade, and homeroom teacher. This will be their official sign up!

WHEN AND WHERE:
We will be meeting on campus in room 19 for all groups except the K-2 on Mondays. We will meet in the community room. Mondays: K-2 will meet from 12:30-1pm, 3rd grade and up will meet from 1:05-1:45pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays 2:55-3:45pm starting the 2nd week in September!.
Please make sure your student has a snack and a water bottle and is dressed in comfortable clothes they can move in. We do a lot of physical movement and activities! Make sure they will be comfortable and modest.
On time pick up is essential! Students who are waiting longer than 10 minutes to be picked up will be charged late pick up fees. Please be on time for pick up!
FEES AND PAYMENT
The drama club fee is $45 a month, due the first meeting of every month. I charge by the month and do not reduce fees for absences or modify when there are fewer or more weeks in the month than in previous months. There is a drop in fee if students want to try it out once or twice or if existing students want to bring a friend of $10 per class, limit two drop ins per month.
There is a multiple sibling discount offered. Please contact me if you are interested in utilizing this discount.
The preferred method of payment is Cashapp ($HillaryRogerson), Venmo (@Hillary-Rogerson-1) check (payable to Hillary Rogerson, NOT the school!), or cash. If you choose to pay with cash or check, please have it in an envelope marked with your student’s name, Drama Club or Inspiration Theatre, and for which month you are paying.
