Dear Parents,
Thank you to all who were able to attend the Meeting Monday night. We had a great turn out. As promised, the link is below so you have a rough idea of where we might be and the planned food stops we will be taking. The pdfs have active links to venue brochures, packing lists, online store, etc, for your convenience. One thing I forgot to suggest, would be to have your student include in their suitcase a large plastic garbage bag. This may be necessary to throw wet/damp or dirty clothes in before packing away in suitcase for the return trip home.
Also, if you missed the meeting, it is important to email me at [email protected] with the name and cell phone number of the individual who will be picking up your child at 1:00am-2:00am, Saturday morning, Feb. 28th. Staff will be individually calling each parent when the bus is 30-45mins away from arriving at the school, to ensure you are ready to receive your child.
