Aeries contains student grades, assignments, teacher contacts, transcript and graduation status. Students and parents should use Aeries regularly to monitor classroom performance and address any potential problems before progress reports and final grades. If you are in need of assistance, please contact the Registrar, Claudia Hazeleur. 

How to Review Immediate, "Real-Time" Grades:

If you wish to view a student's current grade in a given class, follow this easy process:

1. Click on the "Grades" tab.
2. Click on "Gradebook."
3. Choose the class you would like to see.

Question about a grade?

If you have a questions about a student's grades. Please contact the teacher of that class directly. Their contact information can be accessed by using the staff directory.

Early College Programs for High School Students - Dual and Concurrent Enrollment Instructions

 

• Study Hall P6 and P7
• Math Tutoring with Mr. Stack P6 and P7
• English Tutoring with Mrs. Dewey - Wednesdays & Thursdays during lunch
• Spanish Tutoring with Ms. Shelburne - Mondays 2-3pm
• Any student with a Shasta College ID can access tutoring centers and writing labs at Shasta College
• RSA Study Lounge - High school students are invited to stay after school from 3:35-5:30 pm in Room 203 to do homework, work on group projects, and connect with teachers and tutors for extra help
• Khan Academy - free online tutoring in all subjects

If you earn an "F" grade in any class required for graduation you must repeat the class to earn a passing grade. This can be done during summer school or taken online through our Edgenuity portal. 

 

If you earn a "D" grade in any class required for college eligibility you have the option to repeat the course to earn a passing grade. Remember all A-G courses must be passed with "C" or higher grades to meet minimum college eligibility requirements. 

 

Please see your counselor to develop a credit recovery plan.

• Applied to Shasta College
• Their Parent Agreement submitted and signed by a parent/guardian
• Completed the 2025-2026 Dual Enrollment/Concurrent Enrollment Form, and have indicated their desired term is Fall
• Received clearance if a course has a prerequisite that requires clearance from a counselor
• (Ex. ENGL, MATH, ECON etc)
