Vendors / Educational Support Funds

RSA Independent Study will pay for vendor services and/or consumable supplies during the academic school year, up to $140 a month and not to exceed $1400 for the school year. Amount owed over the $140 in a given month is the responsibility of the family.

Up to $300 of the $1400 is allowed for the purchase of consumable items that support the student’s academic needs such as pencils, paper, crayons, etc. These purchases must be pre-approved by the teacher-of-record and submitted within 30 days of the receipt to ensure reimbursement to the family.
